What to include
- File won't convert? Tell us your camera model, the file extension, and the error message shown on the file card — that's usually enough to reproduce it.
- Missing a format? Name the extension and the camera that produces it. LibRaw supports more than 20 RAW families, and the list can grow.
- Feature ideas are welcome — especially ones that make batch workflows faster.
Response time
This is an independent, single-developer project. Most emails get a reply within a few days. "Your converter saved my deadline" emails get read first, as earned.

Copyright and DMCA notices
ShiftRaw does not host, upload or store any user file — every conversion happens inside your own browser, so there is no copy of your photos on our side to take down. If you believe content on this website (text, images, code) infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@shiftraw.com including: (1) your contact details, (2) identification of the copyrighted work, (3) the exact URL of the material claimed to be infringing, (4) a statement of good-faith belief and of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and (5) your signature. We review and act on valid notices promptly.
A note about ads
We will never ask you to click on advertisements, and no one should offer you anything in exchange for clicking them. Ads fund the site; clicks you don't genuinely want can get the site banned. If an ad is misleading, offensive or broken, please report it to us — reporting is genuinely useful, clicking is not.
